BARRY MACKINNON Non-Executive Chairman
Mr Mackinnon has a Bachelor of Economics, is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants and is currently the Chairman of Cervantes Corporation Limited. Mr Mackinnon has a wide range of experience in corporate finance and business management and is currently also a director of Ausrecord Pty Ltd, a document management company.


COLLIN VOST Non-Executive Director
Mr. Vost is currently the Managing Director of Cervantes and Zurich Securities Pty Ltd. Mr Vost has been involved in public companies for the past 20 years and has served on the Board of several companies as well as being involved in the securities dealing business since 2001.


TONY VEITCH Non-Executive Director

Mr. Veitch has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration. He is currently an Executive Director of Citadel Capital, an investment and advisory business based in Perth. Prior to founding Citadel Capital, he worked with the Australian Securities Exchange, the London Stock Exchange and as a consultant to listed and private companies. His past experience includes a directorship of an unlisted oil and gas company with exploration interests in Indonesia that was successfully acquired by an ASX listed oil producer in March 2007.


JIM MORAN Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Moran has had 25 years resources sector experience gained both throughout Australia and overseas in countries such as Ghana, Mongolia, China and New Zealand. In previous CFO/FC roles he has gained exposure across the resources spectrum covering green field exploration, construction, production and the closure of projects. He has extensive experience in the corporate areas covering capital raisings, investor relations, financial reporting, treasury management, compliance and risk management. His past responsibilities with resource companies have involved contract negotiations and management, project accounting, budgeting, administration, supply logistics, human resources functions and industrial relations.
